Katie was born and raised in the Central Valley, where she proudly graduated from Clovis High School. After spending more than ten years working in the Fresno Legal Community in an administrative capacity, Katie’s passion for the law and strong analytical skills motivated her to pursue her legal career further. Recognizing that she did not want to personally be in the courtroom, Katie attended Cerro Coso Community College, where she graduated in 2019 with her Paralegal Certificate, with the drive to be an exceptional support for the Attorneys with whom she works. As a Certified Paralegal, Katie assists on all stages of Family Law and Dependency Law matters, often working directly with our clients and maintaining regular communication throughout the legal process.

After completing her education, Katie worked with a Private Personal Injury Attorney in the Central Valley where she developed an in-depth understanding of Litigation and the preparation of cases for trial. Katie also worked in the area of Unlawful Detainers but found that her true passion was in working in the area of Family Law. Katie’s desire to dedicate her talents and focus in the area of Family Law truly began with her own Family Law matter years before, where she began to appreciate just how emotionally challenging the process was, especially when children are involved. In 2021, Katie joined the Moran Law Firm as a Certified Paralegal in the Family Law Department, where her commitment to providing excellent service, and her compassion for our clients was immediately evident. Katie most appreciates that The Moran Law Firm truly our clients and recognizes that they are often coming to us in times of absolute crisis. Katie seeks to provide the knowledge, guidance and strength that our clients most need at all stages of the legal proceedings.
