Samantha was born and raised in Fresno, in the Central Valley of California. Samantha graduated from Hoover High School in 2007, and always had an interest in the law and the many opportunities law offered to be of service. Samantha pursued her passion and began her dream to become a Paralegal in August of 2016, wherein she graduated from the Fresno City Paralegal Program, as a Certified Paralegal.
During her pursuit of her paralegal certification, in 2016, Samantha had the privilege of serving as the jury foreman on a high-profile murder case in Fresno County, which ignited her passion for working in Criminal Defense and working to fight against the injustice in our legal system. While Samantha’s passion is Criminal Law, she has also studied in the areas of Family and Litigation, and Personal Injury Law.
Before Joining Moran Law, Samantha worked and gained experience in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Defense, Tribal Government and Personal Injury, however, her passion remained in Criminal Defense. Samantha has been in the field for over six years and provides individualized attention to detail, research-based solutions along with evidence-based outcomes, and dedication to our clients. Samantha is thorough and has a passion for solving complex problems which will improve our clients’ lives and ensure their rights are protected. Sam recognizes in her work with Attorney Moran that it is a wonderful opportunity to protect someone’s personal liberties and rights. Under the United States Constitution, every citizen has the right to a fair trial. Samantha joined Moran Law Firm in early 2023 where she is dedicated to making meaningful, and daily improvements in the lives of our clients and helping them get the best outcome on each client!
